The girl felt a mix of sorrow and helplessness. She had stumbled into Jiang Rui’s livestream entirely by accident.

She had long harbored a nagging intuition, yet she had no way to verify it, which is why she had come here seeking answers. Perhaps, deep down, she was also clinging to the hope of finding her missing boyfriend. After all, it wasn’t right for a grown man to simply vanish into thin air.

"Geez, what’s up with this girl? It’s not like the world ends just because her boyfriend is missing. Why is she crying like that? Can’t she live without a man? Seriously."

"Maybe they were really close? Kids these days are so coddled; they fall apart at the slightest sign of trouble."

"I’ll go out on a limb and guess her boyfriend just ran off. How else could he go missing?"

"Are you implying that you suspect your boyfriend of cheating?" Jiang Rui asked.

The girl was taken aback by the bluntness of the question. She paused for a moment before nodding slowly.

"Host, as much as I don't want to admit it, that’s exactly what I’ve been feeling. How else can I explain it? He wasn’t like this before. We used to be inseparable, and he would reply to every single message I sent. But now..."

As she spoke, her eyes welled up and her nose turned red. Two streams of tears rolled down her cheeks. Her pathetic appearance tugged at the heartstrings of the viewers in the chat.

"Wow, just wow. So he’s a total scumbag, then? Why even keep him around? Good riddance."

"Listen to me, girl, trust your gut. If you feel like he’s cheating, there’s an 80% chance you’re right."

"Is it getting this juicy already? I just got here and there’s tea to spill! I can’t wait to see how this ends."

Jiang Rui curled her lip and shook her head helplessly. What kind of bizarre situations did she have to deal with every single day?

"Send me your boyfriend’s name, his birth date and time, and a photo via private message. I’ll take a look for you."

The girl’s eyes lit up. Forgetting her tears, she quickly wiped them away and sent the requested information. Once Jiang Rui received the data, she opened the photo and analyzed the birth chart. As she calculated, her expression shifted. The more she divined, the more she realized that the situation was, quite frankly, absurd.

Her delicate face was etched with shock, surprise, and a hint of disbelief.

"The world is full of strange things," Jiang Rui thought to herself. "This guy is on par with that trash, Yang Mo. What is wrong with these men?"

The girl noticed the shifting expressions on Jiang Rui’s face. Perhaps it was just her imagination, but her heart skipped a beat. A sudden, inexplicable panic washed over her. Could it be that something was truly wrong with her boyfriend? Unable to bear the uncertainty, she asked in a trembling, pitiful voice:

"Host, with that look on your face... is something wrong with him?"

Her voice was shaky and strained. She wanted to remain calm, but given the look the host was giving her, how could she? Deep down, she felt a flicker of regret. Was it really so absurd for her to rely on someone on the internet for answers?

Jiang Rui offered a bitter smile. She didn’t know how to break it to her. How could she even describe this? It was beyond ridiculous.

"Are you sure you want to know? How is your emotional resilience?"

The girl’s heart skipped another beat. Was it really what she feared? Her voice trembled even more. "Host, what do you mean? Did something happen to him?"

"Whoa, looks like there’s a massive scoop here! This is huge!"

"I knew it, another scumbag. You can tell just by looking at the host’s face."

"Sigh, I don't even know what to say about society these days. These men are truly bottom-of-the-barrel."

"Does anyone else feel like this is all scripted? How can things be this weird?"

Jiang Rui glanced at the chat, read the comments, and huffed.

"Listen, dear, I’ll tell you this straight: you should break up with him. Not only has he been cheating on you, but he’s also been playing around with men."

The statement dropped like a stone into a still pond, sending ripples through the chat.

"Oh my god! I knew it! I told you he wasn't a good guy, but nobody believed me. This is insane!"

"What a piece of trash! How can he have the nerve to show his face in public?"

"Gay, huh? What’s so rare about that? I’ve seen it all before; it’s no big deal."

"Hey, what kind of nonsense are you spewing? Are you gay too? Why else would you say that?"

"Why are you all believing the host’s one-sided story? She’s probably just making it up."

"Host, stop ruining people’s relationships. Can’t you see the poor girl is already heartbroken?"

"Exactly. Spreading rumors like this is incredibly irresponsible."

The toxic fans of Yang Mo were back to stir up trouble. These die-hard trolls were insufferable; no matter the situation, they had to chime in just to feel relevant.

Upon hearing Jiang Rui’s words, the girl sighed, a strange sense of relief washing over her. Her tone became eerily calm. "Oh, is that so? Well, Host, he certainly has some... eclectic tastes, doesn't he?"

She felt sick to her stomach. She thought back to their relationship and realized, thankfully, they had never gone all the way. Had that happened, she would have been mortified.

Jiang Rui didn't bother engaging with the trolls. After all, as the saying goes, even haters are fans—provided they didn't harm the kind-hearted followers in her chat. If they crossed that line, she wouldn't hesitate to ban them. She was no pushover.

She had been suppressing a fire inside her. If the timing weren't so critical, she would have loved to tear that trash, Yang Mo, to shreds right now. That was the only way to exact revenge for the original owner of this body. But it wouldn't be long now; soon, she would have her vengeance.

Jiang Rui was the type to live life with a "don't care" attitude until someone pushed her too far, at which point she would strike back. She had never been one to comfort others; she preferred settling scores face-to-face.

"Listen to my advice, dear. A man like that isn't worth it. If you keep entangling yourself with him, it’s only going to end in misery. It’s better to cut ties now—for your sake, for his, and for everyone else. What do you think? And one more thing: he has a 'promiscuous' fate. He is destined to be surrounded by affairs his whole life. He will never settle down for just one person. Most importantly, someone like him will only bring you bad luck and drain your fortune."
